Setup & Onboarding Fees
Any "Initial Audit," "Account Setup," or "Strategy Blueprint" fees are non-refundable once the discovery process has begun. These fees cover the intensive research and technical labor required to build your "Growth Engine."
Monthly Retainers
Monthly management fees are billed in advance.

Cancellations: If you wish to stop services, we require 30 days' written notice.

Partial Months: We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months of service if a contract is terminated mid-cycle.

Ad Spend (Third-Party Platforms): Bridged 212 Ltd has no control over the funds paid directly to platforms like Meta, Google, or TikTok. These platforms have their own billing terms, and we cannot facilitate or issue refunds for any ad spend paid to these third parties.
Our "Data Integrity" Commitment
While we do not offer refunds based on "subjective preference" or "market fluctuations," we are committed to the quality of our work. If you believe a deliverable does not meet the technical specifications outlined in your Statement of Work (SOW), we will work with you to rectify the issue through a set number of revisions as defined in your contract.
